Brothers and Sisters,  we have an historic opportunity to move our NATCA into a new position of prominence and leadership in the labor movement, the economy, and our country.  Changes in Washington, changes in our Agency's appointed officials,  changes in our contracts, and changes in our union leadership - if leveraged together - can make a huge difference.

NATCA is but a small part of the overall workforce, but our service is concentrated in an industry that is key to our national future.  We have influence beyond our numbers, and our story is highly visible.  If we can coordinate our responses to the changes ahead, we have the opportunity now to forge a new partnership model that we can demonstrate for workers everywhere.
